This was Emma's very first Thanksgiving. We spent a lot of the morning trying to fold a napkin! Emma slept most of the morning while I helped cook and set the table. Maddy played with Neo, Ivy, and Grandma Darla. We had a nice sit down Thanksgiving dinner all together. Well, as together as we could be between babies and phone calls! Thomas called just after prayer. Good timing! We passed the phone around the tableso everyone could talk to him. They all really enjoyed that. Curtis and his mom were supposed to be there also but he wasn't feeling well. He was really bummed when I told him Thomas called to talk to him and he wasn't there. It's okay though. Later that evening, Christy (Tom's cousin) and I took them leftovers. Curtis is at Barnes Hospitol waiting for a double lung transplant. He has Cystic Fibrosis. Not that we want someone to die but if they are dying anyway, maybe hey can just happen to match his criteria. He's number 2 on the list so hopefully it doesn't take long. Today I am thankful to be able to breathe easily. Among many, MANY other things that maybe Ill get a chance to post later.

Thursday Day 25 THANKSGIVING
Well, I ALMOST got to sleep in. We slept in until about 0830 since we didn't get in until so late. Then the grandmas told me to go back to bed and they'd watch my babies! I was so excited! However, it was so unreal that I laid in bed and stretched out my arms and couldn't fall asleep. About 20 min later I finally started to drift off and Darla came in with Emma screaming. Bummer, nice idea though!
