Well today was a pretty good day I guess. We slowly got up and went back to Webb City. We had a lot to deal with today because Sam got an offer she really couldn't refuse. Joey's grandparents are going out of town for a few months so they offered to let them stay there while they were gone. When they come back they are going to Joey's aunts house I guess. I don't blame her. Rent free?? Heck yeah! I just wish they'd offered a couple weeks ago before we put down a deposit. $950 is a lot of money to lose. I'm only losing $550 of it so that's a little better but it still sucks because now Im moving to Panaca instead so I have to pay for plane tickets, gas, and all that other crap that goes with moving across the country. But in a couple months it will make up for it because I will save money there as well. All I have to say is we better be out of debt at the end of all this! That's my plan at least. We WILL be COMPLETELY out of debt! Well, thats a lie. We have a house. But everything else!
The property management company was trying to be a butt about lettin us out of our lease so I had to open up a can of Section 505 of the Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA). They tried to tell Sam that I was "confused." I wasn't. I guess they must have googled what I was saying because they called back and very politely agreed to just keep our deposit and not fight for anything else. If they had tried they would have ended up with a huge fine and up to a year in jail. Don't mess with me when it comes to housing! I've done this many, MANY times before. Anyway, got it all figured out. Ill be staying with my mom. It will be fun. Im excited. Now I just need to find Maddy some friends out there!
This evening we turned on Christmas movies and ate ice cream! I love my girlies so much.
