Well, the past few days have been CRAZY! Extremely productive but very difficult. My room got finished this week so we have been moving in and unpacking. I think my mom is really thrilled to finally be getting her house back together. I LOVE my new room. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! I need to take some pictures.
I had to go to Cedar City the other day to the doctor and I took Emma. Lacey kept Maddy to play with Colbin. Emma SCREAMED the entire drive home. It was very traumatic. Then yesterday she was runny quite the fever, around 102.3 all day. That was awful. She hasn't been sleeping well either because of gas and teething. Last night she was up ALL night! She got up at 3 am (after getting up and down for the past few hours) until she was up for good at 3. Then Maddy got up at 6. Maddy has a cold and a cough. Ugh. Poor Emma screamed all morning. I let her cry in her crib for a LONG time because she wouldn't eat or let us rock her or anything. She was so tired! I finally got her to take a bottle and she fell asleep. Although now I hear her coughing. My poor girlies and their colds. I feel so bad for them.
I am SOOOOO grateful to be here with my family. I really think this was the best decision to come out here. Everything happened exactly how it should have and we are so happy. My family has been so helpful and wonderful with my kids. Its really nice to always have someone to play ponies with Maddy so I don't always have to do it! And I actually went to the post office alone! Plus there are basketball games all the time and Maddy LOVES them. I just love the tiny community here. And YAY! My meggie is home!! Talked her into cutting her hair and she looks ADORABLE! I need to get a pic.......
Oh and yay for cousin Rachael! She flys out tomorrow to bring Brooklyn home to be in her family! For good this time. I'm so happy for them.
